1) From our E-SHOP page, browse through the categories and pick the items you need (like, want, gotta have, can't live without)
2a) Email us the item(s) part number, to Sales@WildBros.com Please include quantity, size, or other information needed. Also include your shipping address and a little info. on your bike, ie, year... DO NOT email any credit card info!!! 2b) OR Call us with questions or orders @ 813-230-3302 (FL, USA) weekdays 9am - 5pm, weekends 10am - 3pm
3) We will then email you an invoice with shipping costs, for the items you would like to purchase. We use Paypal Merchant Services for our credit card processor. You do not need to be signed up with paypal or have a paypal account, they just process our credit card sales.
4a) Click on the invoice payment button and follow the simple instructions. Be confident of your credit card's security, with the webs leading card processor, PAYPAL. That is why we use them. 4b) OR Print the invoice and mail it to us with a US Postal money order and your shipping info. Please remember to email us, stating you are paying with a Money order. ***** Special Note***** The invoice you receive is only good for 48 hours. After that, the parts may be sold to another customer.
You will receive a shipping/tracking email when the parts are shipped. If we informed you (before paying) that a part(s) was not in stock, you will receive update emails or phone calls informing you of progress.
