We all know braking is important, but it
seems like we take it for granted. And why
is it, that most guys do upgrades to go
faster (more power), then think about
handling and braking? It should be the
other way around.

Galfer Wave rotors are laser cut and made of a unique
high carbon 420 stainless steel material that has been
pre-heat treated and parallel double grounded to
assure perfect flatness and the most efficient contact

We stock the largest number of Vmax rear wave rotors on this side of
the planet. (Galfer Spain Factory has more) We have more in stock
then Galfer USA. And when they receive new stock, we are the first
they call.

Galfer’s steel braided brake & clutch lines are made of PTFE 62 DuPont-
teflon, around the inner Teflon there are 16 strands of steel braided cable
(most companies only use 12) that allows for almost 0 expansion effect when
applying pressure to the lever.
All Galfer lines are coated with a protective coat, protecting the line from the
weather and the bike from scratches. This coat is available in clear and a
variety of colors (click thumbnail on left, to enlarge and see colors up close)
All Galfer kits come complete with banjo bolts and washers for easy
installation. Banjo bolts should never be torqued over 12 to 15 ft\lbs.
Customs lengths and colors may be ordered. We stock clear coated cables

• The new Galfer HH compounds are formulated on
advanced Ceramic composites.
• This new Advanced Ceramic material can achieve
friction peaks as high as 0.7u!!!, almost unheard of in
our industry.
• Galfer wanted to push the envelope with this new
compound. The advanced ceramics allow the brake
pads to self cool and dissipate their own heat once the
rider releases the brake lever. Pads without this type
of compound tend to retain heat and “fade” under
hard or repeated braking.
• This new compound is also easier on the rotors than
most other sintered metallic compound brake pads.
• Galfer's HH pads out preform EBC HH and will not
cause extra wear on your rotors like the EBC pads

•The Galfer 1052/54 Semi-metallic compound was
originally designed for sport bike riding and touring.
Although many riders over the years successfully
raced the 1052/54 compound in motor cross, the
compound became very popular with ATV’s and
snow mobiles. Taking all of this under consideration,
Galfer formulated an extremely versatile compound
to suit the customers needs.
• This compound is made to hold up in all sorts of
weather, from wet to dry, and abrupt temperature
changes.
• The semi- metallic fibers make this a very rotor
friendly compound, but yet maintain long lasting life.
The 1052/54 pads are normally referred to as "black
pads" and are for everyday normal riding

Green G1532: GG Rated
Applications: Sport Bikes, racing, Super Cross and Enduro.
Composition: Organic compound. Made with DuPont KEVLAR®
brand fibers, aramid, ceramics & polyacrylics.

Feel & Performance, these pads work extremely well under any
situation. With fade free performance and able to withstand
abrupt temperature changes. Allowing for 2 finger braking with a
"BITE" that is consistence, corner after corner. These pads do
not require any warm up to achieve maximum feel and
performance.

Brake pad tip:
When checking to see wear on your pads, most people look down
at the pads to see the thickness left, but they only look at the
easiest pads to see (the outside pad) Unfortunately the "inside"
pad wears faster, so they think they are OK when they're NOT.
